It shouldn't affect any of the subpopulations Vince. The closest one is A and it is way south of that project (south Big Cypress, west Shark Slough). Projects in the CERP scenario have to take the sparrow's designated critical habitat into consideration. That said, I recall some proposed projects, in the past, placing agencies at odds with one another (USFWS, NPS, SFWMD, USACE) on the subject of increasing hydroperiod in certain areas of the park. I don't know what the latest on that is...I try to stay away from all that gore. Perhaps LaPuma can chime in.
