I had an unusual parrot at my feeder this evening that I couldn't identify, and did not get a photo.
Larger but slimmer that the usual Aratinga. Reminiscent of a Rose-ringed Parakeet.
Long thin tail. Reddish beak.
Overall color a greenish lemon-yellow, with increasing greenness toward the tail. I didn't see it fly.
The last unusual parrot I had in my yard was an Alexadrine. Anyone know what this one is?
