Ok Friday i was seeing fleeting glimpes of what it hought was a bahama mockingbird. But as Larry pointed out in my post from friday when he got there it was a brown thraser.I thank you Larry for the correction and also see what you mean on how the do look like the Bahama Mocker. Today I got a really close good look at it. I used a bird call of a Brown Thraser and within 2 min. It was right in front of me on a fence post. It seem to be roosting in the front set of trees at Homestead gas in Key Largo. I observed it several times fly from the back of the plant with a fresh six legged meal back to the same spot in the front trees. So it may hang out for a while that it has a good food source near the area
