Crandon Marina at the entrance to Key Biscayne. Turn right into the marina after passing the Bear Cut bridge. The Frigatebirds roost in the small island just west of the entrance channel to the marina. Best time is in the morning with the sun behind, before they leave in search of food. Should see all plumages there. Keep an eye out for Red-footed Booby. After all, why not?
