It would be a new "Beach Bird" for me but swallows are fast and I didn't have my binoculars. Having said that, there were three of them flying very low (maybe 10-15ft off the water) over our pool off of 29th and Collins. The color and shape of the tail, white belly, and dark throat with dark blue tone make me pretty positive about the ID. They flew low over us for at least an hour; I should have got my butt up to the apartment to get the binoculars!
