Banded/Radio-tagged Snail Kite Redux

The "mystery" of the banded/radio-tagged SNKI, that was seen this past Saturday out at the Farm 8 Wetlands on CR835, south of Clewiston in Hendry County and initially photographed by Tricia Auffhammer in late December 2007, has been solved. Per Andrea Bowling, a member of Dr. Wiley Kitchen's lab at the University of Florida, this particular SNKI (a dark female), was tagged as a fledgling from Water Conservation Area 3A on June 11, 2004. Does anyone know what county Water Conservation Area 3A is located in? Is it Miami-Dade, Broward or Collier? All three perhaps? I can't get any definitive answers when I Google "Water Conservation Area 3A." Thanks to all who responded with help and suggestions on where & how to track down the source leading to the solution of the "mystery" tagged SNKI.
