All Barned out...Connecticut NO third attempt!

Well unfortunately for us the third attempt to see a year bird Connecticut Warbler was not a charm! Before the meeting yesterday, this morning and again this afternoon at Barnes. Fourth if you count scouting the Cape the other day. Well only a few more days to hope for a year bird Connecticut.

We did see many beautiful Redstarts, a few Black-throated Blues, more Redstarts, Blackpoll, more Redstarts, N. Waterthrush, Cardinal, Blue Jay and the usual suspects also one lone calling Monk Parakeet by the feeder tree. It even attempted to land on both of us!? Escapee or maybe we were a lifer and the Monk was excited. We will keep searching this week for any migrants and report our findings.
