I spent today at Fort Jefferson, with the WINGS tour, where the birding was quite good. At least one Black Noddy was still present on the coaling docks. Other highlights included a total of 17 species of warblers - including Yellow-breasted Chat and Bay-breasted (seen by others). A male Dickcissel was also seen briefly. On the way over (on the Yakee Freedom) we saw two Bridled Tens. No sign of the Red-footed Booby, but we weren't there at the right time of day. With strong east winds on the way back to Key West, the seas were VERY rough!
Good Birding,
Gary
