We saw the Gray Kingbird at Matheson, but for other good looks, they can be seen almost everywhere pretty soon. In about 2 weeks, many can be seen. They particularly like hanging out on telephone wires. The parakeets found were:

Green, White-eyed, Red-masked, Dusky-headed, Mitred, Monk, Yellow-chevroned, White-winged, and another parakeet, which was either a Red-fronted or Crimson-fronted. We identified it as Red-fronted, but I'm starting to think it of Crimson-fronted. They are really common in Miami Springs, around Wren and Apache Street/ Avenue. You may not identifie all of them as most are not mentioned in North American books.
