Sadowski had a few new migrants over night

I stopped at Sadowski this morning and birded the back side of the hammock where all the benches are and found about 2 dozen warblers, a Summer Tanager and 2 Yellow-billed Cuckoo. I'm guessing that I would have seen more if I could have birded the entire park.

It seemed as though the birds were dropping in on me. Birding may be better in the afternoon than it was early this morning. I'm going to try and either bird Matheson or Sadowski this afternoon to test my hunch.

Yellow-billed Cuckoo
Blackpoll
Black and White
Black-throated Blue
Redstart
Northern Parula
Cape May
Ovenbird
and a Blue-Gold Macaw flyby...
