Please report your pledge amounts ($) and species totals by 5 PM Friday, 2 May, to be eligible for prizes. You don't have to collect the actual pledge money by Friday -- just let us know how much you expect to collect based on what has been pledged to you. We need to know your totals by Friday so we can announce (tentative) prize winners at the Annual TAS Picnic (Sunday, 4 May at the Doc Thomas House).
Also, remember that Karsten Rist, past-president of TAS, has generously pledged $25 to each TAS Birdathoner this year -- that includes you. Record Karsten's $25 on your pledge form and we will collect it from him. If your pledges total $35 or more, you'll get a TAS Birdathon 2003 hat! (See Birdathon page on this website for Birdathon 2003 logo image.)
Report pledge $ totals and species totals by eMail to birdathon@tropicalaudubon.org or by phone at 305-666-2842. Even if you don't want to be in the running for prizes, please let us know what you anticipate collecting so we can estimate a total for this year's Birdathon.
