Juvenile Tropicbird over Broad Causeway

I received a phone message this afternoon from Steve Siegel, who as he was driving over the Broad Causeway (the causeway between North Miami and Bay Harbor Islands), spotted a juvenile tropicbird, species unknown, circling overhead. He noted a yellow-orange bill, black wingbars, but no tail streamers. It circled overhead with stiff wingbeats, then headed south. Anyone in the area should be on the lookout for this bird.
