The screech owl is back in the WBU birdhouse at hoechoka Hammock and had to fight it out with starlings, and red bellied woodpeckers and squirrels. Everybody wants the "condo". But ms owl won and glares out the hole at all intruders. All our TAS friends from last year..standby for the birth report.
American redstarts sang and darted their way through the hammock this early morning right after a major rainfall dropped. Heading north at a very good pace.
