Went to AD Barnes today during my lunch hour to see if the expected warblers were there. My last time there last week produced not one warbler. This time it was pretty good. Saw the following in the hammocky area:
Parula Warbler
Black and White Warbler
Blackpoll Warbler
Cape May Warbler
Worm-Eating Warbler (lifer, yayyy, one of my target birds to see this year)
Prairie Warbler
Redstart (male and female)
Yellow-Billed Cuckoo (only seen once before in Indian Hammock)
One of my most desired lifers (the Black-Whiskered Vireo is the other) for my lunch break! Not bad
Also, a Rose-Breasted Grosbeak was spotted at the feeder at my house (near Town/Country Mall in Kendall) yesterday.
