Things were quiet over the weekend at Wakodahatchee and Green Cay - a few Palm and Prairie warblers, still there this morning.
Took a walk early today - chilly but beautiful - and was treated to both American and Least bitterns, R Spoonbills, HUNDREDS of Snowy and Common Egrets, masses of Ibis, 2 Limpkin families with large rambunctious babies, Sora and Snipe still hanging out, too. Shorebirds included Killdeer, Yellowlegs, BN Stilts, Spotted sandpiper, Least tern. Ducks included BW Teal, Mottled, and Black-bellied Whistlers too. And many more - gotta run to work!
