During a half hour lunch break at this Miami Beach park I saw 8 warbler species in the seagrapes: Black & white, Northern parula, Cape May, Worm-eating, Palm, Prairie, American Redstart, and Blackpoll. Although I have never seen this park mentioned on the Bird Board, it can sometimes be quite good. A week ago I flushed a Chuck-Wills-Widow.
