As the Frankenstein Monster would say: "Migration Baad!" A brief stop at Matheson Hammock this morning produced no birds except for a Red-bellied Woodpecker. I drive the entire distance of Old Cutler Road each morning to work, and when there's any influx of migrants I usually see the ocassinal warbler flying around, but this morning there was nothing! This despite radar showing birds moving in from Cuba. I did see a Baltimore Oriole feeding in a tree below from the break room window overlooking a parking lot. No big deal, except I work in Downtown Miami! Anyone up for inner city birding?
