I'm here in the West Indies this month, on the island of Grenada. Every now and then in south Florida we get Bananaquit vagrants, so this might be of interest in case you ever see one! I learned today, that on the islands of Grenada and St. Vincent's, there are population of black morph bananaquits! Same species, just a different color variety.
