My name is Joe Barros, president of Tropical Audubon Society. Alex, I met you and your dad on the Deering Estate walk. Bertha Vasquez, a TAS board member and teacher (Felipe is one of her students. She and I were talking about going out on a little Bird-a-thon of our own and inviting both of you to come along.
I believe the Bertha Vasquez has already spoken with Felipe so I just need to get in touch with Alex and your parents.
We thought that both of you could meet, compare life lists and see a few lifers as well as participate in the Bird-a-thon.
