RFI White-tailed Kite

My wife and I will be visiting South Florida from 8 - 15 April and I was wondering if anyone could tell me whether White-tailed Kite might still be seen in the restoration area at the end of Research Road or in the Chekika area of Everglades NP. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
