At around 10:00 the Fulvous Whistling Duck was visible from the north side looking down the long channel that runs the length of Cutler Wetlands. It was halfway down on the left side with a couple of Blue-winged Teal and one male Green-winged Teal.

A Sora called briefly from the same area it was seen a few days ago. There were also two lingering Savannah Sparrows, and a few peeps have arrived. I thought two were Semipalmateds, and the rest Least. A Brown Pelican hanging out with the White Pelicans may be new to this site, as is the Fulvous. No sign of the Dowitchers today. Other than these, eveything else is on Stephen's list.
