The "X" is the exact same spot where I saw them about a year ago. I quietly parked in front of a mustard colored house and looked around with binoculars while wearing an official-looking shirt, stopping ocassionally to pretend to talk on a fake radio. This is a good tactic to try at all urban birding locations.
