Joel,
A correction in the location of the second sighting. It was Woodlands golf course NOT Woodmont.
The Plantation Preserve is a small linear park that meanders through a golf course. It's just south of Broward Blvd. at W. 70th Ave. (I think it's Ave.). There's a light at that intersection. Go into the golf course parking lot and park in the left hand side. The entrance to the trail is at the NE corner of the parking lot.
