Blue-headed Vireos

I observed a pair of Blue-headed Vireos in an oak tree in back of the house yesterday. I don't know if that was in response of the large flock of birds migrating up from Cuba the other day. It looked like most of the birds were over the lower Keys & Dry Tortugas, according to the radar. I think I'll run down to Flamingo today & check along some of the wooded trails & see if anything came over the far western part of the peninsula.

I charged the batteries in the camera & maybe I can get some pictures. Thanks, Trey, for your fine program last week on photography...it might encourage some of us to get out & take more pictures.
