As a general rule if I have no knowledge on the topic I say nothing just to reduce the clutter on the page. If what I have to say is already said then I also say nothing. It is my belief that many people here have nothing to say or add on your question and instead of saying "I don't know" they stand quiet. There is no doubt in my mind that it has nothing to do with nationality.
