I'll answer your questions! The peak of spring migration is usually the last two weeks in April. Red-cockaded Woodpeckers usually begin nesting in April or May.
I suspect that birders who know the answers to these type of questions typically prefer to respond offline. Since you didn't provide an email address, that was not possible.
