Not sure if you are looking to find the birds to photograph, or are interested in them being further north ...
A week ago I accidentally located the nighttime roost of a pair of EG I had regularly seen in the Boca area - under the pier at Carraba's Italian Restaurant, on the "lake" on the NE corner of Powerline Rd and SW 18 St. Just look down and there they are! You can often see them hanging around the general area during the day, too (check the NW corner in particular) I have also seen a pair along the canal adjacent to Military Trail in the vicinity of Palmetto Park Rd (may be the same birds).
