Contrats on the roseate...I keep missing it. Aren't the swallows something. Tres just full of them. I can't speak for the eastern tree swallows but out west they nest starting in April and generally compete with bluebirds for tree holes. My "guess" is that the odd colored ones are sub-adults or ones that haven't completed molt. The other ornithologits on this page can probably chip in here.
