After dropping my daughter at school this morning I walked out Black Point Jetty and found a few birds after a little bit of a late start.

Common Loon - seems kind of late to me, but ....
Red-breasted Mergansers (15-20)
Royal Tern
Ring-billed Gull
Laughing Gull
Black-bellied Plover
Spotted Sandpiper
a peep sp.
Belted Kingfisher
Double-crested Cormorant
Short-tailed Hawk
Brown Pelican
Palm Warbler
Prairie Warbler
and I missed a great photo opportunity on 3 adult Bald Eagles.

I was carrying my tripod and couldn't put it down and get the camera up fast enough... 20 feet over-head...arrrrg!
