It is possible to reserve the concession boat for special tours. Would anyone be interested in a birding tour of Biscayne NP by boat? We always have trouble getting a lot of participants for our CBC... perhaps because we have to do it on a weekday to have enough boat drivers without having to pay overtime. But would anyone out there be interested in having an early boat trip out to Elliott, then maybe to Boca Chita, followed by a jaunt out to Fowey Rocks, then return to the park visitor center? I think Biscayne NP is so interesting, birdwise... Email me and I will post if there is enough interest to do this.
