The easiest way to ID this particular hawk is to note the wing crescents. That makes it a Red-shouldered Hawk.
Contray to the other poster, I don't think we can tell whether it is the pale Florida race or not from the photos. It's usually very difficult to tell with immatures, as this hawk is.
