2/16/08--Cassin's Kingbird, Hendry County, CR 835. Observer: M.ob. Directions: From Clewiston head south on CR.835 for about 15 miles. On the last sharp turn on CR835 (before the intersection of CR833 and CR835) look for "Deer Fence Canal" on left. (DeLORME P.g 107/113) Kingbird seen with
small flock of Western Kingbirds along the dirt road that runs along the canal. Look for the large white "No Trespassing/Private Drive" sign for Chuck Obern's Organic Farm on the dirt road. Park by this sign and scan for kingbirds in the cypress. Please do not go on any "private property".
