At the top of food chain at Green Cay. And, probably, the one most likely for the demise of the baby limpkins.

My guess, Northern Harrier (F/K/A Marsh Hawk)
My second guess; hungry
My third guess: about to go shopping

Actually it did but missed. Northewest corner of Green Cay. As is evident the high winds were giving it a rough time.
