This morning (Tuesday, February 5) there were 5 Western kingbirds and a scissor-tailed flycatcher perched on the powerlines to the north of the nature center building. Two male painted buntings and several females have been frequenting the feeders as well. Ruby-throated hummingbirds continue to be seen in the hummingbird/butterfly garden. Warblers are also common in the oaks around the front parking lot.
