I wish I could get into the dump and look through the gulls! Both the dump and sewer treatment plant have HIGH security and won't let anyone in except during the CBC and Paul B. had a hard time getting permission this year.
I guess our trash and sewage is valuable down here in South Florida.
I'm suspect the security is to prevent people going in and claiming to get hurt, then filing a lawsuit.
