On Jan. 19, Gloria Cashin led a Broward Audubon walk at Easterlin Park; she pished up a large flock of warblers, including at least one northern parula and prairie, and many palms and yellow-rumps. This was a probably a little before 9, roughly 100 yards in on the nature trail (enter the park, turn right, last parking lot; you'll see the sign). We saw palms and YR's elsewhere there too.
