I headed to ENP and arrived just before sunrise and stopped at the Coe Center to see if my friend Bob, from D.C. was there and sure enough he was. We took some photos of the Great Horned Owl and visited a short while before I headed into the park looking for Sparrows.

I found Eastern Towhee in the campground area of Big Pine Key and then headed to Research Rd and found Savannah, Swamp, Grasshopper and a Lincoln's.

I stopped to see if I could see the early Rose-breasted Grosbeak at the Annex, but didn't see it. I do believe I heard it near the gate just past the speed bump.

The birds didn't cooperate as far as photos were concerned but I did see and photograph a few butterflies and other critters.
