Snail kite

Spotted a snail kite hovering over a small bean field on the corner of flagler and davis parkway in florida city this afternoon. This area seems to hold a varity of birds but is also private prop. and under watch because of the propane storage tanks. I work for the company that maintains the propane tanks. I have noticed sevral spieces in the area around the area.
