Great Cormorant still at John U Lloyd-Wakodahatchee Late Afternoon

This afternoon at about 3:50 we spotted the Great Cormorant at it's #5 Marker. The winds were strong and we could not stay too long because our binos were getting sandblasted. There were a few Royal Tern and Laughing Gull around riding the wind as if it were waves. After that we decided to try to check out Wakodahatchee as the sun set, had a few cool sighitngs some new year birds and some interesting interaction between all the different species using the wetlands.
