I called Miami Metrozoo and spoke with Jim Dunster, who checked the old records for both Crandon Park Zoo and Miami Metrozoo. Great Black-hawks were never displayed at either zoo. "Curiouser and curiouser." Many thanks to Mr. Dunster.
