Ok I did not know this but now I do. Thank you. Not to start a debate and not to call the park wrong for the rule and believe me in my line of work I can see their point. But to me if your going to use a bird call you should know what your in for. More so if you going to call a territorial and defensive bird i.e. owls even if not calling the species. Im new to birding and know that you only use bird calls for short periods and time them out as not to run into the afor mentioned. But like I said now I know and won't be using any call in the park. Thanks for the info.
