The Ode looks like a male Scarlet Skimmer or sometimes called the Crimson Darter -- Crocothemis servilia, Family: Libellulidae -- It is native to east and southeast Asia and is an introduced species to Florida and Hawaii. Add it to your exotic list. . . .
