This was posted on the RBA. This is a REALLY good bird, well worth chasing.
12/21/07--Say's Phoebe, Lake County, Ranch Road, Northwest Lake Apopka. Observers: M.ob. Directions: Going north on Rt. 561 north of Clermont, turn east on Rt. 48 in Astatula. Drive a mile or so and turn right (east) onto Ranch Road. Look for large pole barn on right. (DeLORME p.g 79). Phoebe seen in pasture next to pole barn and in pasture across the road. Pastures are private, but can be easily scanned from Ranch Rd.
