I'm 90% sure about the (sub)species, but was unaware of the possibility of the Mexican race here in winter. I'll need to check plumages when I get to a bird book. Caribbean always strikes me as being less clear and neat in its plumage but I need to think how much confidence that gives my identification.
It was flying north with determination and I have not seen it the rest of the week.
The warblers are palm, prairie, redstart, black-throated green, black-throated blue.
