Go to your picture on Flicker
Right click on the picture as enlarged (not the thumbnail)
Click on Properties
Copy the address with all letters up to an including the "jpg"
Then paste that address into OPTIONAL IMAGE URL at the bottom of the message box, put in your name and the message and submit.
If flicker isn't blocking you should get a picture. I used your mourning dove as an example here.
