You can see the secondaries in your photo. They don't have white, so it's not a Zenaida Dove.
Also, the tail is too tapered to be a Zenaida Dove, but perfect for Mourning Dove.
Mourning Doves do have white in the tail and body coloration varies. I'm not sure what you saw on the one bird, but it is not the wing tips that are white on a Zenaida Dove.
