Hello all. Will be visiting from Massachusetts from 19-23, and will (luckily) have some time for birding. Will be based in West Palm Beach area, but willing to travel. Looking for shiny cowbird, Florida scrub jay, and snail kite. Searching the Internet and past posts here, it looks like Florida scrub jay can be found nearby in Jonathan Dickinson state park north of Jupiter, and snail kite can be found a quarter-mile west of the Shark Valley Everglades entrance. Are there any reliable locations for shiny cowbird within a day's drive of West Palm Beach?
