Hairy woodpecker sighting in Key Largo

I sighted this female Hairy woodpecker back in Nov. in my yard feeding in a dead gumbo limbo tree. From what I've read and have been told that it is rare to see them in the keys, and may only be the second confirmed sighting at all in the Keys. Tavernier is trying to get out to see if it may be nesting in the area. Thank you to the Tavernier research center for helping ID this bird.
