I just saw 2 birds that were among pigeons scavaging for food at out local Panera's in Hollywood, Fl. They were smaller than a robin. Mostly brownish in color with a yellow (lone ranger type yellow mask, a rather long slender beak and yellow legs and feet. They both looked alike and they were not sleek meaning that the feathers around their necks looks ragged. Thanks for help identifying. It's now the end of Nov. and they may be a species that passes through Florida.
