here is a pic for comparison.
The birds on the left side , including the brown one (!) are Indigos.
Painted are on the right side.
I think yours may be a young painted bunting if the greenish hue is correct on the bird.
Not all "green " painted are as bright as what is in my picture (from late spring several years ago)
